I am impressed with how thorough they were. They analyzed some very small and subtle clues to make sense of the water damage history and possibility of mold. They did a good job of sharing what they found and explaining it.

Water damage in Fruit Heights Utah. Secondary water system flooded the back yard and came in through some window wells to flood the basement. Fortunately the water damage in this case should be covered by insurance.
The landlords handyman diagnosed everything wrong twice! He couldn't have been more wrong about the source, the damage and the solution if he had tried to get it wrong.
